Your Rights
By law, customers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Our Refund Policy
Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, with the security seal in tact within the 7 day cooling off period. CDs with the security seal broken will not be refunded. Cash refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods.
Returns
Items being returned under the terms of our policy should be sent to: The Recording Company, Woodside Lodge, 104 Saltwell Road South, Low Fell, Gateshead, England, NE9 6EY.
When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for proof of posting (free of charge). We will not refund the cost of sending the CD back to us.
